The idea is that you create balls and pass them around to people via your (currently only) iphone. You can also track balls currently being passed around here. I just put this up, so if you know the id of your ball, you can add ?ball=id to the url to track it, like here. When you have a ball your phone will look like the one on your right; when you don't you'll see what's on your left. To transfer a ball to someone, bump phones (or for those who don't wanna risk that, hit the Bump button.)

    

To get a ball, click the green button

To get rid of a ball, click the red button

Of course, if you have a ball you can't get a new one without losing the old one; and if you don't have a ball, you can't lose it.

I submitted this to the app store, but it's there yet. So, if you want a version, mail me your device ID, and I can build ann ad hoc version.
